We are happy to accept returns - please just make sure that you:
1. Return the goods back to us exactly as you received them in a new and unused condition.You must return the goods with their original product tag seal intact and still on the goods and with their original inner packaging.If the product tag is missing or removed and the returned goods not adequately packaged on their return to protect from damage and thus results in damage to the goods,we will not be able to refund you.
2. We require you to take all reasonable care with your goods while you are completing the returns process.
3. You have 21 days to complete the Returns Form below if you wish to return goods.
4. Include your despatch note or order number as proof of purchase.
5. Please note this does not affect your statutory rights in respect of damaged or defective goods.
6. Due to hygiene reasons we do not except returns on earrings, hats and make up products.
7. After you place an order online you will be sent a receipt of payment to your email address & when your order has been processed a dispatch confirmation e-mail to confirm your parcel has been dispatched from The Accessory Vault HQ.
8. If you request a refund you will receive the amount you paid in your order.First step once you have decided to return your goods is to contact us through our returns form below within the 21 days time frame.Refunded amounts are issued less postage and packaging costs through Paypal.Once the goods have been returned and inspected your refund will be placed back onto the card with which you made the original purchase only.
9. We are not responsible for the payment of postage for returning goods.
10. We do not accept returns on SALE items.

We always recommend that you use a tracked delivery option when returning your goods.We also encourage you to obtain a receipt as proof of delivery.Please send your return to:

Please allow 14 days from the date you return your order to us for your refund to appear on your original method of payment.If you have paid in a currency other than Sterling pounds your refund will be issued to you in your local currency at your card issuer or bank's exchange rate.
Please note than unless your order was faulty, we are not able to offer a refund on the original shipping costs.
